Onitsuka Tiger Brogues
The tendency for sports brands to diversify into sartorial styling is becoming ever more popular these days. The key though is to actually be able to pull it off. I think not straying too far from your comfort zone is paramount and apart from the unnecessary heel branding on these brogues Onitsuka Tiger might have just done it. I'm really interested to see how these will be received, I like them a lot especially the green colorway they are nice and subtle...
Kris Van Assche x Eastpak
Eastpak have been around the block, they are literally indestructable I still have one I wore in school knocking around. In recent years their collaborations with high profile designers such as Christopher Shannon have pushed them back to the top of the pile and this up and coming collection with minimalist machine Kris Van Assche looks like another sure fire winner. The quality looks outstanding. There are multiple pieces including a backpack which is my stand out piece and im hoping it also comes out in the ash black color...

Zillion laces have made quite a name for themselves since arrving on the scene in 2009 with their unique laces made from recycled kimonos. Now put their design know-how into an up and coming fresh colorway for argueably the biggest sneaker of 2010 the Asics Gel Lyte III, looking good...

Junya Watanabe AW11 Mens Collection
Awesome as always Junya Watanabe presents his AW11 collection. This collection is executed with typically brilliance. The colourscheme for the collection is perfect for Autumn/Winter, a really nice selection...

Air Jordan 1 Retro??
The Air Jordan 1 has had a torrid time of late, with a plethora of horrible colorways churned out on mass. Even the arrival of the AJKO last year was to me a very poorly thought out release and the quality was similar. The rumours are rife that this year will see the release of the original Air Jordan 1 Colorway in its original materials. Here's hoping it gets the time and effort it deserves...
Steven Alan x Nike Sporstwear Collection
I'll have to file this collection under unexpected, although Steven Alan has made a name for himself in the mens clothing world over the last couple of years a collaboration with Nike is an amazing change of pace. Not only is collection fairly extensive with 4 models (Air Zoom Magma, Air Zoom Toki, Talache Low and Air Zoom Lava Dome) involved. This is a very different from direction for Nike and may signal things to come this year. I think the collection is brilliant, blending clasic models with very simple modern colorways and materials, they are all available now...

New Balance 'Made In England' 1500's
Although I could not make it to the Bread and Butter trade show this January much to my dismay, there has been plenty of coverage of the new collections. This set of New Balance 1500's are due for release in 2011 and not look great but are 'Made in England' nice to see the Flimby factory getting the credit they deserve...

Woolrich Woolen Mills AW11 Mens Collection
Mark McNairy is without a doubt one of my favourite designers right now, and with him at the helm Woolrich Wollen Mills introduce his first collection of Autumn/Winter 2011, and as far as im concerned it is just as good as I had hoped. Mark decided to look back into Woolrichs heritage and chose both its military and prep school roots for inspiration, I really like the results, keep up the good work...

Dr Romanelli x Beetle Bailey x Converse
The unforgettable Beetle Bailey cartoon has been a feature in American newspapers since 1950. Now boasting a massive worldwide daily audience of more than 200 million, Mort Walkers character becomes the target for the next of Dr Romanelli's collaborations. The Converse All Star Bosey hot on the heels of the Ace Hotel version earlier this month sees a darker BB inspired colorway, and very nice it is too...

My favourite looks from the Milan show, still available to watch now on my blog, check it out. Bar the hats which were not too my taste was an amazing show. Tidy tailoring as usual with plenty of bright colour blocked outerwear which looked fantastic against the subtle blue and brown trousers. Some great footwear too, hopefully more on that soon...
