Firstly I have to point out this is not a Hermes x Vans collaboration. Celebrity stylist Robert Verdi asked Vans to create a series of Slip Ons based on artwork from some of his favourite Hermes scarves. These are the results and although I wouldn't usually go for these eccentric patterns and colours I have to applaud the results. They really do work on the simple Vans silhouette. These are unfortunately they are not planned to be released but given the positive feedback I have seen on several blogs i'm hoping this might change, check out the rest of the series via flickr...
