Irn Bru 'Snowman' Advert

Forgive me if this has been played throughout the festive period but I only watched it today... Simply genius...

Puma Manga Pack




Puma are not been my favourite brand but after presenting their new Manga Pack that may be about to change. The pack has both the 917 Lo and Mid and the El Rey slip-on. All three have designs inspired by Japanese Manga art. I have been looking at these for a couple of hours now and I really love the concept and the designs especially the El-Rey which benifits so well from the block graphics and subtle colours, no word yet on a release but can't wait to see them in the flesh...

NSW 2010 Air Maxim 1

Nike Sportswear had a huge 2009and the Air Maxim 1 was one of the reasons, it recieved a good response on its release and Nike intend to build on this in 2010 the Maxim's advanced structure is the base for the newly developed Torch technology, the two colorways expect an early release next year...

Pendleton meets Opening Ceremony

Adidas Originals 2010 Highrise



It's safe to say there has already been a buzz already around this model, for me it has a really nice look. I think it takes influences from Giuliano Fujiwara's and Y-3 collections and could a a big 2010 release for Adidas, the grey/gold colorway is definately my favourite so far...

Missoni x Converse


Ok, ok so these aren't nessecarily (or at all) influenced by native american design, but Italian fashion house Missoni's work on the Converse Chuck Taylor is striking and very much worth a mention, available at Missoni stores in April.

Still keeping the original elements but the nylon material gives it a modern and different twist, available here and here...
