Spike Jonze 'Im Here' Short Flim

Director and genius Spike Jonze shot to fame in 2009 after his interpretation of childrens book 'Where The Wild Things Are' hit the big screen, not to mention his short film featuring Kanye West. 2010 has barely started and we get a glimpse into his new project. I'm Here is a 30-minute love story cronicalling the relationship between two robots, Andrew Garfield and Sienna Guillory, living in LA. I’m Here debuts on its official web site on March 30th, click now...

LOST Inspired....

LOST has been one of my favourite shows since it hitting our screens in 2004, now into its final season which aired yesterday in the US we see the series inspiring some footwear design.

Firstly Nike SB well known for taking concepts and spreading them liberally over their shoes, gives us the Dunk and Blazer Hi. The Dunk being driven by the Oceanic Airlines colour scheme and the Blazer based on the Dharma Iniative idea of stations on the island, this one being 'The Shoe', the canvas look is really nice on this one...

Then yesterday we saw the release of a Special Supra Vaider which the based on the Expose TV program which features throughout the Series' of LOST. The reason I love this shoe is because just like the series it has many hidden references to the show and even the release number of 17 pairs, is from the 14 episode of season 3 (14+3=17)...

Rob Wilford’s ‘Neon Heroes’

Nike SB Bruin, Janoski and Blazer

The rise of the SB's, the Bruin, Janoski and Blazer Models were huge last year and that made them sure fire early 2010 releases. Needless to say the Janoski Army inspired theme looks great but I think there will be plenty more colorways hitting the shelves during 2010, you can never go wrong with the Bruin its a classic shape and in the mean green I might think about these. And finally Black/Red is my favourite colorway and this Blazer already has fiends drooling...

9. KANYE WEST X LOUIS VUITTON

I had sleepless nights deciding wether to put these in my top 10, but despite Kanye losing his mind and despite the haters these look so good especially when I tried them on in the shop, the colorway is perfect and the detailing such as the lace tassles is bonkers but beautiful, wish i'd had the cash...

8. NIKE STEPHAN JANOSKI

1. NIKE AIR YEEZY

The Dream, The Hype, The Queues, The Excitement, 2009 was the Year of the Yeezy. Despite the inevitable Marmite effect over the design NO ONE can argue that this trainer has changed the game... Sorry...
